Hank Houser and Gregory Walker founded Houser Walker Architecture to create beautiful places where communities gather, work, and live. We’re driven by helping shape the civic lives of our communities through spaces that connect people to nature, history, and each other.
We are passionate about design and love what we do. We are relentless advocates for our clients and collaborators and take pride that many choose to work with us repeatedly.
We listen carefully to each client’s unique and powerful story, clarifying their vision through conversation and broad research, and guiding a structured, open, and iterative design process. The result is a meticulously well-crafted work reflecting the communities and lives they contain, holistically integrating a unique vision, context, ecology, circumstance, and building fabrication.

Our unique approach has been consistently recognized for creating real value, community, and demonstrated return on investment. In 2015, our peers at AIA Atlanta rewarded our efforts with their Silver Medal award, honoring our sustained and unwavering commitment to design excellence.
